Wechsel – Venture 2 – 2-person Tent

The Venture 2 by Wechsel has two aluminium intersections that make it very strong. The poles are also on the inside so the wind doesn’t have much to catch hold of. The geodesic tent is very stable in the wind, which considerably increases comfort levels. Since the tent is free-standing, it will still be stable even if not secured with the guy lines included. The flysheet and the floor have a PU coating and taped seams that make them highly water repellent and robust. The inner tent is water repellent too, but it is also breathable and ensures good air circulation.
The two vestibules with space for equipment are formed by covering the extra frame arch with the flysheet. It is possible to attach just the flysheet to the floor if you only require light weather protection. The Venture 2 has an entrance on both sides, which makes it easier to fiddle with bulky bags and saves you from climbing over your travelling companions if you want to get up earlier. The two ventilation openings are supported by mosquito gauze around all sides and ensure a good supply of oxygen inside the tent. There is space for all kinds of bits and pieces in the three pockets, preventing unnecessary chaos during longer stays.
